Hi.
Have searched the forum but found nothing.
Our paypal account was set up in my wifes name but is linked to my email and our joint bank accounts.
A bookmaker I deposited to is refusing to pay out unless I prove ownership of the account.
They accept it is my wifes account, they want proof of her ownership of the account, not mine, so nothing untoward going on.
How does one get proof of ownership?
Thanks in advance.

You could submit a PayPal transaction history statement from the date of the deposit (showing the deposit). The statement will include the account owners name and the email address on the account. You can access these downloads from the following PayPal link.

You could also submit a copy of the account profile, showing the owners name, address, etc. You can access those details from the following PayPal link.
