PAD Payment to Payward Ltd

I have engaged with vendor on eBay in respect of a car. They have suggested PAD as the payment method but the Bank they wish me to transfer funds to I Clear Junction Ltd and the Payee is Payward Ltd. Is this a scam?

Yes you don't pay by bank transfer direct if you are using paypal.

Even with PAD you would just pay via your paypal account or ebay checkout.

If you send a bank transfer then its nothing to do with paypal and so you would have 0 protection.

Also paypal does not do any type of escrow.

PAD is a paypal payment and not a direct bank transfer payment.
