Hello, I have a paypal debit card that I have activated and used awhile ago. I also have funds in my paypal balance, however when I try to use it at a store it gives me an "insufficient funds" error. Some information:
The card is not expired
The card is linked and visible on the left panel titled "Banks and cards"
This is in reference to the PayPal PrePaid debit card?
If so, you need to transfer funds into the PrePaid card account to use the card in stores, and as the funding source for payments. You're PayPal Balance wont fund the PrePaid card directly. You can fund the card account from your linked PayPal account.
