Paypal Credit - Buying a phone

Just a quick question, Are you able to use PayPal credit to purchase a phone from a friend?

If the friend sent you a PayPal invoice and have financing settings enabled.

The financing setting is in the Settings menu as "Offer Financing" once you're on the create invoice page above.
