All Woocommerce orders first failed

Hi
We run a Woocommerce shop with Paypal Payments. For some time now, ALL orders fail first, and then for those customers who try again, it works on the 2nd attempt. When I place an order with Firefox then I get this message after clicking on "Place order": Could not retrieve order. Maybe it was already completed or this browser is not supported. Please check your email or try again with a different browser.
Then when I try it with Chrome the order works. I don't suppose that all our customers visit our pages only with Firefox. What could be the reason for that? In the inbox it looks like this, all orders first failed, then some worked.

Good day @bigfiveforlife,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

PayPal system is a payment gateway, which will receive the payment request payload (i.e Payment and Item details, Shipping details, Invoice number, Amount details etc.) from merchant websites(built via third party platforms eCommerce) and process the payments accordingly.

Third party platforms WooCommerce develops their own plugins/modules.

I would suggest to please contact the support of WooCommerce, who should be able to help you regarding the plugins/modules setup and make sure your website(built via WooCommerce) is passing valid API requests to PayPal system.

Also, Please cross check your PayPal Business account and it should be verified and confirmed without any account limitations

If your still facing issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.

Sincerely,

Chiranjeevi
