Can’t find button

Can’t find button. I typically scroll down the list of all tools to create a button and now that option no longer exists. Any ideas where it went?

NO idea mine have all vanished also, the option doesn't even show up anymore! I just went to edit a button as I've done for years and the Paypal Buttons tab doesn't show anywhere. Under developer tools however there is a part about New Smart Buttons - Im really hoping the old add to cart buttons aren't being replaced, I can't even accsess mine at all, and put a lot of time and work into making them all...

My buttons are present. I just use links which are provided through e-mail when saving.
However, I get error each time I try to create an account while checking out with the links.
