E-commerce Payment Error

I have an issue with my e-commerce site. Everytime a customer tries to make payment, we get an error:

This was working well till 3hrs ago.

Anybody has an idea if this a problem with PayPal systems or API issue???

I started getting the same error this morning. Same string too.

Add me to the list getting the same erorr this morning. Using OIO Publisher on Wordpress, which offers payments via Paypal.

Issue seems to be happening on Wordpress sites only..

Is there an expert or Moderator here who can help advise what is going on???

Its happening with oiopublisher for WordPress not sure about other platforms.

how do all, it looks like the URL your setting is incorrect for what youre trying to do. ipnpb.paypal.com is only for IPN postbacks, but looks like you're redirecting to that URL on the browser for a WPS button checkout I'm guessing. 

The correct URL for PayPal button redirect forms should be:

Sandbox - https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

Live - https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

Can you please amend and try again.

Is it possible that PayPal made some changes, in this two days, that before ipnpb.paypal.com and from now not anymore?
