I can't enable paypal on my shopify website

I am trying to activate paypal by clicking here: https://i.imgur.com/mfYMxEQ.png It then redirects me to paypal and I click on approve and then it goes back to this screen and it's still not enabled I've contacted shopify support and they said I need to contact you. I did this process 10 times and it's still not working. I have checked in the 3rd party api section on my paypal account and I see that shopify's api is there.

Hi @itsu60 , I have the same problem here! When I click on "Activate PayPal Express Checkout", the PayPal site popped up and asked me to log in. I followed all the steps to set up my PayPal business account until it said "You're all set" but Shopify still cannot connect to it.

Can you please try now connecting via your primary email address of PayPal Business account. 

Please make sure your PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations. 

Steps to integrate Checkout with Shopify.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Payments.
4. Select PayPal Express Checkout within the PayPal module.
5. Click Activate.
6. Once directed to a PayPal login page, log in to your PayPal account and click I Give Permission.
7. Click Back to Shopify.
8. Under Payment Authorization, select:
   • Automatically capture payments for orders (Immediate Sale).
   • Manually capture payment for orders (Authorize only).
9. Click Save.
