Interface using PayPal using www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr returns BAD_INPUT_ERROR

We have a Word Press form that has been live for years. It interfaces with PayPal using www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr Recently it started failing with the following error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." The URL is replaced with the following "https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=f99659015b14b&code=BAD_INPUT_ERROR" I have reviewed our Web Payments configuration and nothing has been changed. Can anyone see what is going on from PayPal side in the logging mechanism?

Thanks in advance.

Good day @Inliners,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

BAD_INPUT_ERROR, this is an issue with merchant internal website, which is passing invalid payment API requests to PayPal system.

To resolve the issue, merchant should contact their website developer or the support of your third party platform(eCommerce) to cross check their website integration and pass the valid payment API request to PayPal system.
