More than 2/3 of My Buttons are no longer listed. Where did they go?

More than 2/3 of My Buttons are no longer listed. Where did they go? They are still active but I can't access them.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.


I would suggest to access the "View your saved buttons" link via your PayPal account.

 

Please follow the below steps via your primary email address of your PayPal Business account. 

Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >>  PayPal buttons >> click "View your saved buttons

(Or)

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps.

 

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.

I have the same problem, except I can't see ANY of my PayPal buttons. I used to see them when I went to "View your saved buttons", but now when I click "View your saved buttons", it comes up empty. The buttons are still active - people can click the buttons on our website and they still work, but I can no longer edit them or get QR codes, and I really need to do both.
