PayPal Button problem

PayPal buttons used to have a field where one could select to either have advices sent to the primary email address or to another specified one. I've been trying to set up some new buttons but can see nowhere to set the delivery address for advices to something other than the primary address (not mentioned in the set-up), which means they are not being sent to the correct person.
How can I manage this please?
