unable to capture customers payment on shopify

I had my first order on shopify which the customer payed for through PayPal. Shopify told me to add a business PayPal so I could capture the payment. I switched my personal PayPal to a business account and added it to my shopify. It is still not letting me capture the payment. Any advice?

I do understand that you are unable to capture customer payments. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
