Country is some times not added to the CSV report

Hi

Country information is sometimes missing when I download the CSV report. I need that information in order to pay the right VAT.

 

Please let me know if there is a way to solve this and please always add  country to the CSV report if you are a PayPal developer.

Hello @johanmattsson ,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community. If you are certain that you are passing the country into every payment request, please open a ticket to PayPal Merchant Technical Support.

Here is how:

  • Go to https://paypal.com/mts
  • Click on Contact Us at the bottom right
  • Click Log in with PayPal
  • Log into your PayPal Account
  • Click Contact Us
  • Fill in the details and submit the ticket
