How are you guys? I am writing to you now about a problem that happened about 22 days ago. I transferred $300 to someone, but the recipient said that he did not receive the amount because I transferred it to him as a merchant. He also said that he received a response that the issue will be resolved after 21 days and it may arrive in his personal account, but until now the problem has not been resolved and the amount is still pending. I hope you can help me and answer my question if you know the solution to this problem. I forgot to tell you that I submitted a request to return the amount and the recipient agreed to return the amount, but the request was rejected in favor of the recipient
