How do I message with an actual human about a denied "duplicate" claim?

I refuse to call in due to the lengthy wait times.  There was an incident in November that I was part of a crypto scam and I fell victim to it.  Because of that, I now owe $1k on my PP account.  The Resolution Center has denied it; I only approved ONE transaction, and there are 2 transactions with the identical amount.

 

Please help, what do I do???  I've since had to cancel both my debit cards and have placed my credit cards under lock.
