Depop scam

I recently ordered a jacket off depop, about an hour later, depop banned his account. Depop and I emailed back and forth for a little bit, but eventually they gave up on me. The transaction has no seller contact, and when I try to fill out a dispute, none of the options make any sense. I click on seller page no longer there, and it asks me for a link to the product page, and a date it was supposed to arrive. I have neither of these, as the product page no longer exists, and it was never going to arrive. I am very confused on what to do next, any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you not open a paypal dispute by clicking on the transaction in your paypal account and using the report a problem option?

Hey, I can open a dispute, but once I do, the options make no sense. Once I have opened the report a problem, it needs me to elaborate on it, but none of the options fit what happened. I ordered a jacket, then Depop banned his account. There are no seller pages, and it was never ready to ship.
