When clients subscribes to my membership their profile automatically gets canceled

Hi, My online membership is launching tomorrow and one of my clients tested the PayPal link but their subscription gets automatically canceled when they opt in for the offer. It's the 3rd time it cancels the profile of my clients. Please help.
