A online shop return has gone to my PayPal but has not been received in my bank account

I returned a prettylittlething parcel on Tuesday 2nd April and received my returns details on the 7th. This showed up in my PayPal and I got told that it will come into my bank account within a week and still is yet to be received and it is now the 16th. The return was for £18

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
