I have attempted to link an Akimbo prepaid MasterCard to my PayPal account, but it is being declined. I've also made sure the Akimbo card is activated. I've tried several times in PayPal making sure information entered is correct. I've had a Capital One credit card linked for many years and have never had any issues with that. Are prepaid cards not allowed? any help is welcomed. Thanks
Great question - some cards aren't compatible with our system, and are therefore not able to be added or used on a PayPal account. It sounds like that may be the case with the card you're trying to add. I apologize for any inconvenience. 😞
