Billing when subscription cancelled

I have an issue where I have taken all the steps to stop payment from happening. 

I subscribed to a service called WeMod (WEMOD LLC) for a trial period, After getting the free month (on the same exact day) I removed my PayPal from this service, I cancelled the subscription. Now the trial ended on the 19th, I am here on the 24th trying to fight off a company who is not active on my PayPal (Payments Tab) they are charging my PayPal on a guest account or something. I cannot cancel or make this thing inactive. I will just remove my banking information and stop using PayPal if there isn't another way but I would like some suggestions from this community page.

I have contacted this company directly and told them about how not only should they not have my payment information but my subscription is inactive since way before the payment date, They said "Subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the billing cycle, not immediately. Your subscription will end on the date shown"

also just to mention, this payment was being charged to my bank directly but then they took it out as a direct payment to PayPal like adding money to my PayPal or something of that nature.
