I just moved to a new country, used Uber and Uber Eats while paying with my PayPal balance for 6 times, now PayPal is an "invalid payment method", contacted Uber and it appears the only way I can use Uber and Uber Eats is by creating a new account on PayPal, because Uber and PayPal need to be located in the same country (wtf??aren't they international services??), not to mention that PayPal balance is not accepted anyway (but you accepted it 6 times??)
Has anyone gone through the same situation? If I were to open a new PayPal account and shut down my existent one, how can I move my PayPal balance to the new account? Plus, I do not have any bill, nor bank account here yet, so how should I prove my address?
