Can no longer purchase Crypto with a confirmed linked Bank Account

I have been buying crypto with a linked bank account with funds and as of yesterday when I try to buy more I get a request to link an account and I cant choose my already linked account that I see so I can no longer purchase because the system doesn't recognize my active already used and approved bank account.  I called but hard to get responses Im waiting but thought I would ask someone if they had a similar issue - Thanks

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. Are you still having issues with this? If yes, we recommend deleting your cache and cookies. Once that's been done, please try again using Firefox or IE.

I have n idea how long I have to wait and have no access to my money.. This is very frustrating as I am a high net worth investor was making 4 transactions a day and for no reason I was not allowed to buy anymore so I sold to see if that would work and it did.  Now I would buy back and cant so I have to take my money out and use another platform.  I called was told 72 hours I had to wait but every time I try its a new 72 hours so my money is essentially stuck which isn't right..  I don't have Firefox but when I called they said I made too many trades so they stopped me.  There was plenty of money in the bank so was no reason for PayPal to stop me from buying... So now Im just waiting not sure if I will ever get my money back or I have to call again..  I was actually happy with paypal and was using it because I felt secure with the paypal name and then I was basically thrown off for buying crypto with money I have..  Makes no sense..
