Can't receive fund after selling on eBay

Hi I've sold some items on eBay that the customers have paid for but I can't receive the funds in my PayPal. Thanks

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom of the page and check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
