Canceled - Payment Received

So my friend sent me money but it turned out like this. Also the money is still in the 21 days pending because I am not an established seller even though I am not really a seller.

The fact that you are not a seller explains the hold, when an item is sold, you are still classified as a seller (a new one) even if it was a one-time sale. You won't have that hold lifted or reduced in length unless a valid tracking number is applied to the order.

As for the cancelled part, this would normally mean the person who sent it, or yourself, had asked for it to be cancelled. You should call PayPal for exact confirmation on that, as I could be incorrect and there is more than 1 possible reason for showing like that.

So it's now the 21st day since he sent it and the money is still not sent to me nor came back to him. He sent the money through eCheck.

Looks as if the echeck failed ie he did not have enough funds in his bank account to fund the payment so it cancelled.
