In our Croatian online shop we use Saferpay as the payment gateway. Usually it is no problem to integrate Paypal as an additional payment method in Saferpay beside credit card payment.
But in this case, when i want to pay my order, in the payment method selection within the Saferpay payment gateway, i can't select Paypal. Only the credit card payments are available. I already contacted the Saferpay support for this problem. They say, they activated Paypal in their configuration and everything is ok from their side. I have set up before already other eshops with Saferpay accepting Paypal payments in currency different from EUR without problems following the Saferpay manual. So from the side of Saferpay everything should be configured right.
One difference in the Croatian Paypal account compared to other Paypal accounts in other European countries i observed, is the fact that i can't have the balance in the local currency Kuna (HRK), but in EUR and other currencies. A Croatian Mastercard is attached to this Paypal account.
I also activated the setting to accept other currencies and allowed to convert them to the Paypal balance currency EUR with no success.
What setting did i miss so far, to make Paypal work with Saferpay?
