Depop buyers cannot purchase my items

I am a depop seller. Buyers are messaging me to tell me they are unable to complete purchase of my items. Depop says it's an issue with my PayPal account and cannot tell me more. No notifications or messages on my PayPal account. It happened with multiple buyers so i know the issue is on my end. Not sure how to proceed. Is it worth calling PayPal? Will i be able to talk to a human?

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear your buyers haven't been able to complete their purchases. In some cases, an account may need to be Verified before receiving payments. If the account has been verified and you're still experiencing trouble Receiving Payments through PayPal, then I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team.
