Duplicate payment taken.

I sent a payment to one of my contacts and PayPal have duplicated the payment. My contact has only received the one payment. Tried to contact PayPal several times only to continually get the automated voice. What can I do?

2 payments showing in your paypal account or 1?

Payments showing as pending or completed?
