I ordered at American Eagle app last November 12, 2020 and paid with PayPal through my debit card account. It has automatically been deducted to my account after I checked out but the American Eagle app said they won't charged until shipping. But on November 13,2020, aerie sent me email that my order had been cancelled and said it wasn't deducted from my account but it has been deducted though. I don't know how to refund it through PayPal. Please help.
