Does anyone know the difference between a PayPal invoice and a regular goods and services payment on the app. Is one safer to use or is the invoice just a more professional option?

All an invoice does is give the option to better described the item being sold which may help in an item received but not as described dispute and gives you more options to customise the payment from the seller.
Advice is voluntary.
