So I was offered the payment plan thru PayPal. Which I think is great but. I also was charged the full price at the same time so now I'm making payments that I paid in full already. PayPal says It's not their issue, that I have to contact the merchant. Makes no sense the merchant didn't offer the payment plan, PayPal did. Any body else have this issue? Any suggestions on what else to do?
