I’ve had two people send me money, and in my account it says ‘accept the money’ under the total amount that they sent. However paypal won’t let me accept the money and always redirects me to adding a card/linking a bank account. I started using paypal for the purpose of the fact that you can just use it by itself easily. I’ve never had this problem before. Before when I recieved payments I could use them easily. Now they’re requesting me to link a bank account and card. I also see an account issue in notifications, but when I click to resolve it nothing happens. A bit disappointed.
