Not receiving money from 99designs

I Have requested the payout from 99 design to my PayPal account and I was not receiving money. First I thought it was the problem with the 99designs. so I send them an email regarding this problem but they replayed me that the payout is gone into error. I have already attached and verified my bank account in PayPal please help me to find a solution for this problem.

I'm sorry to hear that the payment cannot be sent to you. It could be prevented for a few reasons. If there is a limitation on your account, that would prevent the payment. Please log in to your account and check to see if there's any messaging directing you to complete steps in the Resolution Center. If there are steps to complete, that must be resolved before payments can be received.

It's also possible that the payment may be stopped by the security system if there is any risk detected. The sender of the payment can contact customer service for troubleshooting.
