PayPal/AirBnB Rejecting Payment

I am trying to book an AirBnB via PayPal using my bank account.  I receive an error on AirBnB's side of things, saying the financial institution is declining payment.  AirBnB's customer service tells me it is PayPal's fault.  So, I called PayPal last night and spent over 1.5 HOURS on the phone with them, only to be told it is AirBnB's fault.  A PayPal supervisor confirmed my information and verified my identity, etc. and said there is nothing that should be preventing me from using my PayPal account with PayPal.  I also spoke with my banking institution to confirm there's no issues, and there isn't on their end.  Now AirBnB is telling me that it isn't their problem, and it is PayPal's fault.  I need to know if other people have had this ridiculous issue before.  I use PayPal all the time with that bank account without issues.
