Payment stuck

I recived a payment from a client and recived the email from paypal, stating they require some.more information. Without providing that information,  i will not receive the amount. I am not sure what information they are asking for, where i need to check as i checked everywhere in paypal account, i haven't found anything. Also, i can not see that payment anywhere in my account  not even in pending payments. Please help.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
