Payment was cancelled

Hi, I am from India doing freelancing work for clients in Australia. I made a request for payment on 10th August, 2021. I received an email saying that my payment was cancelled. I have been trying to reach customer care but it is just an answering machine and no one is available to help out with this query.

I understand your concern regarding the payment. I would like to inform that if you have requested a payment and if you have received an email regarding cancelation then it might be the request recipient has cancelled it. I suggest please contact them and ask them to make a new payment. Here's how to send invoice for payment
