I processed two orders from Monki & AndOtherStories via paypal - which I have already received. On my Santander account the money has already been taken out of my funds... however, both transactions still remain in my “Pending” transactions, despite already paying for them. I’m worried I will get charged again... ?
Thank you for reaching us thru Community Forum. If payment was made thru bank account. It usually takes about 3-5 business day to complete the process and tag the transaction as completed however if it is bank account (electronic transfer or ach) money will be deducted to your account but there will be another process that your bank required before they release the fund and it takes max of 6 business days to reflect on your account.
