Hi,
I just made a payment to someone internationally and it says payment pending. It did say that the payment will be in 5 days but this never happened to me before. Nothing has been deducted from bank account as of yet either. Is this normal?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
