Problem: This card can't be used for your payment. Let's try a different card.

I always use my debit card to pay internationally through Paypal's option "Pay with a bank account or credit card" since my card is not linked with them. My last successful purchase was just June 21, 2021 (Monday). And last night June 26, 2021 (Saturday), it won't let me pay because the error "This card can't be used for your payment. Let's try a different card", keeps happening. I already called my bank and they told me that they don't see any problems with my card. There was no history of purchase last night that my card was declined, because if did, they will see the reason why my card was declined etc.

Some says that Paypal has an error every weekend? But I checked my previous purchases from this specific website, I had successful transactions from them during weekends.

Hello @kessiahtaop

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making a payment. It sounds like you may be running into our Security System. Our Security System assesses the risk associated with each individual transaction. If that specific transaction is found to have higher than average risk, the Security System may limit what payment methods are available. When making a payment, I recommend using a consistent device with your location services turned on. It can also help to clear your cache and cookies.

I hope this helps!
