Problem with refund.

Hello. 

The ebay seller refund me my money by paypal. 

Paypal said that this money 

Refunded to VISA Card ***** You'll see "PAYPAL *SHENZHENSHI" on your card statement. Transaction ID 8B105573TY934202X

But i didn't  recieve the money to my card. 

Help Please.
