Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time....urghh

Why does this happen? I set up the credit card, which I know it's good; double check the numbers are correct input. Every time I check out, the system does this securing account loop determining thing, then "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay". What's the problem here? Also it logs me out of the PayPal account. Is it a Google setting that is causing problems? Could it be that the PayPal isn't selling a Gift Card at the time? It should be updated, if so! I have looked everywhere and verified this PayPal account by email.

I figured out the problem. Either PayPal isn't selling the item or the PayPal site has technical issues.

Hi @SilverMustang,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the transaction that you are trying to make is not successful. If the system is not presenting the credit card that was entered as a payment method, it is declining that payment method for some reason. Declines can happen for multiple reasons. If the problem continues, please contact customer service for some real-time troubleshooting. Phone is best for that. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in or call as a guest.
