I've been trying to get this issue resolved for a week now but I have no luck. I've been having issues in purchasing stuff off of Steam, with the error telling me this every time I try to pay for something:
For some reason, it's only Steam that paypal isn't authorizing my card in. I've been using this card to purchase from other sources, yet Steam just hasn't cooperated with me. I don't have any other cards to pay with and I do have money in the card I'm paying with right now. Help is most certainly appreciated. :')
