Need a bit of help cancelling Streamlab payments, I gave a small donation to a youtuber through streamlabs and since then they have been taking money through PayPal. I looked online how to cancel it and I followed a video but they said I have to log into the account but it just said I have to upgrade my account as I do not have any payments set up ? I have googled the company and they seem like they are doing this to others but I couldn't find a solution to this, the payments are not showing up on my paypal account but showing up on my bank account with the amount and saying its a paypal payment so I cant cancel it there so does anyone know if I can contact PayPal so they can block the payments ? Also I only know its streamlabs as I get an email every month.

Hope this makes sense and any help would be appreciated.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Thanks for the reply, yes I did check that and they are not on the list, this is why I'm so perplexed how it's going out of my PayPal account and not showing up but only showing up on my bank statements. If I get the transaction ID off the email stream labs sent me can I phone PayPal to get it blocked. Thanks Ray

I have been checking the PayPal account on the desktop version and switched to the app and the payments are showing up on that so I got the last transaction ID and phoned PayPal and it is now cancelled. Cheers Ray
