Hi
any help on this would greatly be received.
we purchased 4 x advanced tickets through my train line app, dates off travel 7/4/2020 until 9/4/2020 this was back inJanuary
paid in full through my paypal account, we received updates from train line regarding travel and eventually they said we could apply
for a refund through the train line app which we have done but they have now said refund was Unsuccessful, we haven’t travelled
as the trains was cancelled is there anyone that can advise me what to do next.?
