I received an email from eBay yesterday (13 Apr 2020) that included a coupon for $5 off my next purchase (Minimum spend: $5.01 & Valid until 23 Apr 2020). When I tried to redeem it on a purchase of $24.75, I got the error message "Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again.". I tried again by copying it from the email message & pasting it into the eBay webpage but I still got the same message.
Am I missing something here?!? It really shouldn't be this hard!!
