I think this is just a confirmation that the payment that was made on your PayPal account is not something unauthorized. We are just checking if it's you who made the payment. Sometimes PayPal sends you a confirmation text or email whenever there's an activity or transaction on your account that maybe identified by the system as unusual or a bit different from the pattern of your payment history. So it depends on your activity history or the transaction itself. If you wanna make sure, log in to your account and check if there is no recent payment or transaction that you did not authorized. So long that you can recognize everything, then you're all good.
