UK paypal account but living in Germany - cannot transfer money

Hi,

after 2 weeks of conversations with paypal in Germany and the UK the issue is still not solved and maybe someone can help me here. I live in Germany and have a german paypal account with EUR and British Pound.  I wanted to transfer the british pound to a company in the uk to pay a bill. they do not have a paypall account and therefore I contacted paypal in germany who told me to open up a paypal account in the uk. I did that and transferred the money to the account. I then wanted to transfer the money from the uk paypal account to the company in the uk but paypal wanted to have a proof of a residential adress. Unfortunatly you can only enter a residential adress in the uk which I do not have and therefore I cannot transfer the money back. can someone help? Please.

Why would they tell you to open a paypal account in the country you are not in  

How did you transfer the funds in the first place, was it send money > goods / services OR send money > family / friends.

Secondly did you fund that transfer from your paypal balance in Germany OR a card and if so was it debit or credit?
