Unable to Pay Lazada in Philippines

Hi,

 

Are there any issues with Lazada Philippines.

I am unable to pay using PayPal because there "is a problem"

I can log into the PayPal site with my browser.

 

Any clues?

they disabled paypal to endorse their lazada wallet thingy
