We raised $750 through GoFundMe in April and have not been able to get it deposited into our charity's account. The Paypal system says we are not eligible, even though we have been a registered 501c3 and a charitable corporation in Massachusetts for some ten years. I can't figure out what "product" we are expected to "sell".
We do not sell product. We provide services
podcast
information
advice
help finding the medical services they need
help getting a diagnosis
None of that registers with the system. Meanwhile THIS SYSTEM IS HOLDING HOSTAGE THE $750 DONATED TO US IN APRIL.
I would simply delete the GOFUNDme page -- but how do we get our money?
Can someone help me understand this system?
Thank you,
Joyce
