I have quite a tricky question. I need to understand where payment card data is stored.
So will describe the situation.
At the moment, we have customers from different countries, so we are evaluating different payment providers that we can use to process recurring payments from them.
The problem is that we have quite many customers from Russia, India, Indonesia, and China, and some of them are asking where we keep their payment card data. Due to the PayPal's policy information about this cannot be disclosed.
I do not need an exact location, all I need to understand whether information of Russian/Indian/Chinese/Indonesian countries is stored in these countries respectively or somewhere outside.
They keep terrorizing our support with these questions, so just want to handle this problem as quick as possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
