Why does PayPal doesnt remove my receiving limits?

Hello Paypal has 2,500 £ receiving limit on my Business account and i have done everything they asked for on the Business account setup tick list where the last step was to press lift limits and it transferred me to confirm my bank account which i already did but they still didnt tick the box for lift my limits. Any ideas?
